pub779 Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and pub779 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing access to and use of the pub779 website and all services offered through it. These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors.

pub779 is an online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform should be taken as financial advice or a guarantee of income. Gaming involves risk, and you may lose the PHP funds you deposit.

By completing registration, you confirm that you are accessing pub779 voluntarily and that you understand and accept the inherent financial risks of online gaming.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pub779, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.
• You are registering for yourself only — not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pub779 platform.

pub779 reserves the right to request identity documents to verify your age and location at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until documentation is provided. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable policies.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one account on pub779. Duplicate accounts, including accounts created with different email addresses or phone numbers to circumvent restrictions, are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon discovery.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, pub779 may ask you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents before processing your first withdrawal. This process is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is in place to protect all players.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on pub779 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no foreign currency conversion involved, and no foreign transaction fees are added by pub779 to your balance.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking transfers, and local e-wallets. pub779 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or withdrawal methods for gaming transactions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your name and matches your verified KYC details. pub779 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

pub779 reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on transactions that appear unusual in size or frequency. During these reviews, withdrawals may be temporarily held. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the pub779 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the player, pub779 staff, or any third party.

Players agree to use pub779 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or system glitches
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised chargebacks
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once

In the event of a technical error that affects game results or payouts, pub779 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the relevant bets to player accounts. Pub779's decisions in such matters are final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pub779 may offer bonuses, cashback, reload offers, or other promotions from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, qualifying games, and any applicable conditions for conversion to withdrawable funds.

Players are responsible for reading the terms attached to each individual promotion before participating. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. pub779 does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be available at any given time and reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, systematic wagering patterns designed solely to meet conditions without genuine play intent, or any form of collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

pub779 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming is entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover losses. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits before starting any gaming session.

Account settings include deposit limit tools that allow you to cap the amount you can fund your account with on a daily or weekly basis. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be adjusted through your account dashboard.

pub779 reserves the right to implement mandatory limits or suspend accounts where there are clear indications of problem gambling. If you believe your gaming habits are becoming harmful, contact our support team to discuss self-exclusion options. For more detail, visit our Responsible Gaming page.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

pub779 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity theft
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Underage gambling
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring account restriction

Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to pub779 will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

pub779 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability.

pub779 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

pub779 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the pub779 platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account and cease using the platform.

For questions about these Terms, contact our support team at the email address listed in the footer of this page.
